Postpartum Doula Support

I currently serve only postpartum and herbal care, because this season deserves its own devoted attention. For families using private pay, support is offered at $65 per hour, with a 30‑hour minimum and up to 40 hours of total care. Visits are booked in 2-4 hour blocks so we can move at a gentle, unhurried pace. A 50% retainer secures your spot and covers your first 15 hours; as a welcome, I bring a small herbal gift prepared in my kitchen. For Medicaid clients, doula services may be covered, while herbal products remain out‑of‑pocket. Sliding‑scale options are available so more families can receive the care they deserve.

We might build a hair‑care and self‑care rhythm that fits your days, create rest rituals, or gently reimagine your home systems so the whole family can breathe easier.

Throughout, I bring trauma‑informed, culturally grounded support-especially for first‑time parents and large families carrying complex stories. You also gain lifelong priority access to custom herbal order requests, so when you are ready for womb teas, iron syrups, or soothing salves, you already have a sister in the work.
